2008 Sanctioned Meet Registration
- Note! New for 2008:
- All AAU Sanctioned meets will use on-line registration at
www.CoachO.com. We will use two entry processes for each meet.
The first is for AAU registered teams that will be allowed to pay for the athletes that they entered with a cashiers check at
each meet. You will have to have your club code and a password to enter your team. The second for unattached AAU members
that must pay online before their entry will be accepted. The unattached AAU members will be charged a small credit card
processing fee which should be less than the price of a stamp and a cashiers check or money order. Small clubs that do not
register as an AAU club must go through the unattached section.
- The data from this meet will be used for each of the meets that we do. That means that once you enter each athlete's data
you never have to enter it again. The only change you will make will be in the events they are entered. Each athlete must
have an AAU card to enter with their AAU card checked through the national office. I encourage you to get the AAU cards at
least one day ahead of the day you are going to enter the first meet just to be safe.
- Online entry for each meet will start approximately two weeks before the meet and end 3-4 days before at midnight.
- All clubs need to check the Missouri Valley website and make sure that their club
contact e-mail and phone number are correct. Please let us know if they are not. Also, let us know if you have a club website
that is not listed.
- AAU Sanctioned Meets are an additional way to qualify for the Missouri Valley Meet as specified in the
Missouri Valley AAU Track & Field
