POLE VAULT RULE
A POLE VAULT RULE IS IN EFFECT:
The Youth Athletics Executive Committee has directed that all vaulters be weighed in on the day of competition and that
their vaulting pole be certified as acceptable according to Rule 302 - Page 160 - USATF Competition Rules Book - 2005.
The form below must be executed by the athlete, his/her parent/s, in addition to their coach for all AAU Sanctioned Meets.
This procedure shall be implemented by each Meet Director to insure that the form is filed out by each pole vaulter before
allowing him/her to participate in each meet, this process must take place in order to participate in any AAU Sanctioned
Track and Field Meet. The form will be kept on file with each Meet Director.
